TwirlPower tracks competitive baton twirlers, many of whom are under 13 years old. We take our obligations under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) seriously.
Children under 13 do not create their own TwirlPower accounts. All accounts for minor twirlers are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian through a family account. The parent or guardian is the account holder and is responsible for all data entered on behalf of their child.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@twirlpower.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention).
Coaches can control whether their profile appears in the public directory through their coach profile settings. Clubs can control directory visibility through club settings.
Transactional emails (account alerts, advancement notifications, competition invites) are necessary for the service to function and cannot be opted out of while you have an active account. If we introduce marketing emails in the future, we will provide an unsubscribe option.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information.
