TwirlPower is a web and mobile application for competitive baton twirling families, coaches, and competition directors. It is operated by OAKRAA, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, doing business as TwirlPower ("TwirlPower," "we," "us," or "our").
TwirlPower is accessible at app.twirlpower.com, twirlpower.com, and directory.twirlpower.com.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use TwirlPower. By using TwirlPower, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@twirlpower.com.
TwirlPower tracks competitive baton twirlers, many of whom are under 13 years old. We take our obligations under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) seriously.
Children under 13 do not have TwirlPower logins of their own and cannot create accounts. All data about a twirler under 13 is entered and managed by a parent or legal guardian through a family account. The parent or guardian is the account holder and is responsible for all data entered on behalf of their child.
Twirlers aged 13 to 17 may hold a login of their own, but only where a parent or guardian creates the family record first and sends an invitation. A minor cannot sign up independently, and no login exists until a guardian initiates it. See §6.3.
Through family accounts, we collect the following information about minor twirlers:
Where a twirler aged 13 to 17 holds a login (see §6.3), we additionally collect the email address the guardian designates for that login, and a password the twirler sets. We do not collect addresses, school information, photographs, or government identifiers for any minor twirler.
A parent or guardian may invite a twirler aged 13 to 17 to hold their own login. This is optional. A family account works fully without one.
How it starts. The guardian sends an invitation from their own account to an email address they choose. The twirler sets a password and confirms the email. The guardian accepts our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy on the minor's behalf at the moment they send the invitation; the minor is not asked to agree to them, because a minor cannot enter into a binding agreement.
What the twirler can see. Their own profile, their own classification levels and history, their own competition results, and the coaches linked to them. A twirler login cannot see other twirlers, other families, or any guardian's account settings.
What stays with the guardian. The guardian retains full oversight. They decide whether the twirler may enter their own competition results, and they can revoke the twirler's access at any time from their own account. Revoking access does not delete the twirler's competition history, which remains part of the family record.
Turning 18. A twirler who reaches 18 may claim their own record. The record remains within the family account it has always belonged to, and the guardian retains visibility unless the family changes that arrangement.
Deletion. A guardian may request deletion of a twirler's login, or of the twirler's data entirely, at support@twirlpower.com, under §6.4.

We do not send marketing communications to minor twirlers, including those who hold their own login. Marketing communications are directed only to the parent or guardian account holder. Twirlers with a login receive transactional email necessary to operate the account, such as password resets and account notifications.
You can review and update most of your account information directly within the TwirlPower app. For information you cannot update yourself, contact us at support@twirlpower.com.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@twirlpower.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention).
Coaches can control whether their profile appears in the public directory through their coach profile settings. Clubs can control directory visibility through club settings.
Transactional emails (account alerts, advancement notifications, competition invites) are necessary for the service to function and cannot be opted out of while you have an active account. If we introduce marketing emails in the future, we will provide an unsubscribe option.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. TwirlPower uses minimal cookies and local storage for essential functionality:
We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics platforms. We do not participate in cross-site tracking.
The public marketing site (twirlpower.com) and directory (directory.twirlpower.com) may use basic analytics to understand traffic patterns. No personally identifiable information is used for this purpose.
